Bob POV Today was the day I had some tests to do and, hopefully, see if the surgery on my back is all as it should be and if the pain and odd feelings I am having are not something sinister happening in my spinal cord, that my brain is trying to find a way to my legs. I am told that the body is amazing, and the brain can find new ways to get what it wants. The brain never stops sending signals to my legs as I ask them to move, and it continues to find a way to get the signal through, or so I am told. That is how many stroke victims can often end up doing stuff again. The brain tries to find a new way around the damaged parts, that is, until it exhausts all its avenues and gives up.
