Heather and I enjoy each other's company. Heather was worried at the beginning that being involved with me would be bad for her job and strain her relationship with Bethany and Theo, but she was completely wrong; both had encouraged me to pursue Heather after seeing how well we got along. We worked well together with the babies. I love those little tykes, and I can see Heather does, too. They are almost like her nieces and nephews rather than the children she is paid to care for.
I was worried she would be like her sisters, and that was why I was hesitant to get involved with her. But she melted all my fears away with each visit to see my grandchildren, showing me that she was invested in the babies and not out to trap a man. We have been on a few dates now.
