Bethany was a little concerned about Dad taking a kid out of detention. She was concerned about our children and how he would be with them and the rest of the family. I know my Dad and trust his judgment. He would not have brought him here if he had thought Nigel was a danger to our family. That placated Bethany for now.
The boy looked like he was outside his comfort zone. His eyes were taking in everything, even the children. He stood close to Dad and Heather and chose to sit at Dad's feet, which I did not expect. I was under the impression he would come with a lot of attitude, but he did not appear to be that way at all. The game started, and he was glued to the screen and nearly jumped.
