CHAPTER SIXTY-SIX: BEN TAYLOR
If I were completely honest, I had spent so much of my life day dreaming about epic quests, I’d always wanted to be part of one. Now that I actually was part of an epic quest, I was scared shitless. Scared, and slightly aroused. Something had happened back in the dungeon. Something I couldn’t explain.
I didn’t know if it was being stuck with Clark for so long or what, but all I knew was that I felt a pull to him. It was as if we were linked together now, in a way that I couldn’t explain. It wasn’t so strange. I’d slept with guys. Even had a boyfriend.
But it was Clark.
The King of Faerie.
The father of Emma’s child.
