Hunter’s POV:
The sudden reappearance of Rosa’s previously believed to be missing friend is shocking. Most of all, to me, considering I had been told she was dead. Dead and buried in some backwoods grave where no one would ever find her. I thought she was dead for just over five months and wholly believed it, but how can I argue with the fact that she’s here and breathing. Still very much alive.
But something about her does feel off. Different somehow. And I can sense the- well- wrongness of her reappearance like something wiggling underneath my skin. By all accounts, she should be dead.
