Weeks past and the palace was buzzing with the news of Fallon pregnancy and Ken denial of the child. The servants were divided among the prince and Fallon. Most agreed that Ken was the father of Fallon child while others argued that Fallon is framing and lying. The servants on Fallon side were extremely brutal to Annabelle.
This is because they believed that Annabelle was responsible for Ken decision not to accept the child. This led to back talk and mocking of Annabelle even in her presence.
Most times it almost became too much for Annabelle that she wanted to run and hide, then she will remember the stories which Ken always told her, about the Annabelle before she was kidnapped, about herself. It made her straightened her spine and ignored the taunts
