“Mm!” Aurora moans in annoyance as I kiss her nose again and again. I let her sleep and go shower then make breakfast. Covering the food I put it on a tray and leave it by her bedside table and go work.
Mikey: Boss.
Cy: Did you do what I asked ?
Mikey: Yes, she’s safe.
Cy: And the other thing?
Mikey: I compiled the file just like you wanted and it’ll be on your desk when you get back.
Cy: Good, keep an eye on her and don’t let her out of your sight.
Mikey: Yes boss.
Cy: Mikey…
Mikey: Yes boss?
Cy: If anything happens to her I’ll kill you.
Mikey: Understood.
Ugh I have a headache but at least everything is under control now.
