Ethan was sitting on the bed. His fingers were running through Allison's hair. She was lying on his bed. Her pain caused her to go numb, and the dose made her sleep to get rid of the pain.
Linus and Wade were sitting on the couch. Their eyes were on Ethan.
"She told me about it the next day you rejected her." Linus explained all the things to Ethan.
Ethan's gaze was fixed on Allison. He did not move his eyes from her for a second.
"Ethan."
Wade called him but he was silent. His mind was messed up. He was getting angry at himself.
"It was all my fault."

"I should have thought about her before. I assumed it one week before her birthday. Still, I did this to her."
