“Oh my gosh!” Ivy cried, pulling my body even closer into hers, feeling how the small baby started to squirm, before he opened his eyes and looked up at me, curiously. I couldn’t help but love the tiny thing immediately.
“Oh my gosh! You tell me! Who is this pretty boy?” I gasped, reaching out to him as I was greeted with the cutest toothless smile, all gums and sparkly eyes.
“Addie, meet Ben. Ben, meet your auntie Addie!” Ivy smiled wide, looking from me to the baby and back.
“Hi Ben.” I cried out, forcing myself to stop crying so I could look at this cute little thing with a clear vision instead of a foggy one. The cute boy even tilted his head as he kept looking at me, as if it was trying to ask me why I was crying in the first place.
