Jessi's POV:
I jerked awake, sitting up quickly. I had sweat on my face and my heart was racing. I had another nightmare but this time it wasn't just Jamison coming after me it was this monster of a man that has me kidnapped here. A dream where both of them were in this together and I got one of the worst punishments I've ever endured. I put my hand to my chest, trying to calm my heart. I could feel it trying to beat its way out of my chest. I put my head into my hands and cried. I just want out of here! I want to go home to my parents. I want to start my life over and go to college and get a job and start a new life with my husband and start a family.
I was taken from my thoughts when I heard a knock at my door. I grabbed the blanket and wiped the tears from my eyes.
