Astrea’s body told her to let go of the horn, but she couldn’t let Midnight down, not after the sacrifice he made for her. She felt dizzy and slightly scared as dark clouds began surrounding her, her fingers prickling as if bolts of electricity were hitting her. It was hard to tell if the darkness enveloping her was real, but she knew one thing… she felt it with her bones — she had to hold the horn as long as she was physically capable.
