After both Nila and Jaden received calls from the police that they have warrants to search their rooms, both of them hang up and stared at each other in shock.
“Why are they searching our rooms?” Nila asked Jaden. Jaden looked equally surprised.
“I don’t know, maybe they found some leads?” he said.
“But why would they get warrants to search our rooms and it’s at night now,” Nila said, more to herself than to Jaden.
“I checked the CCTV recording for this morning, somehow it didn’t record anything, I’ve asked the security company to come repair it,” Jaden told her.
