Eve finds Adam sitting at the bedside. She didn't know how to approach him this time. Telling him the truth about why she was back from the vampires' mansion is not an easy thing to do. She knows that Adam has all the right to be mad at her.
They stayed quiet for a moment and Eve sat down to the bedside near Adam. Whatever he has to say, she thinks that she has to be there. She will accept if he decided not to do the final marking.
"So, you came back to kill me?" Adam finally asked.
"Yes, that's the plan," Eve responded without defending herself.
"Why?" Adam asks again, looking at her.
"To take revenge for killing Richard." She replied.
"Why didn't you?" He asked again.
Eve looked at Adam and she can't even tell if he's angry at her or not. He has a neutral expression on his face.
