Pain, bodily numbing pain. Jolts of sharp lighting in my sides and my hips feel like they are being crushed by thousand pound boulders. All I could wish at this moment was temporary relief in between the contractions. The pain was making me feel like I was on an adrenaline high. Tears stinging my eyes as I stared at the ceiling waiting for the next wave of pain to wash over my body. I couldn’t hear anything the pain was numbing my body and everything around me.
“Baby?” I faintly heard corvans voice. I pulled my eyes away from the ceiling to meet his gaze. He was looking at me with concern in his eyes. Love in his eyes as always but laced over with concern.
“What” I said dryly. My throat horse from all the crying.
