CHAPTER 79 AZALEA  Absolute silence.  With nothing to do, my fingers knocked on the table rhythmically until I felt a faint discomfort on my fingertips brought about by the repeated pressing of my nails on the solid wood.  I was waiting for Dimitri to finish his session with Ms. Janet while I was inside the conference room, memorizing its four corners for the last thirty minutes. It was the most nerve-racking 30 minutes I have endured lately.  I know Dimitri was as disconcerted as I was when I left him with Ms. Janet. He kissed me hard even if she was there, in front of us, before he finally let me go.  I consoled myself that it was for the best.
