“I am pulling you out of the case,” Ethan's steady voice shocked me slightly. It was the first time I was being pulled out from a case. It rendered me speechless.
I gaped wide for some time, lost in my thoughts. I spaced out a bit, and when I snapped out of it, I asked for an explanation, “I have it all mapped out. I don’t believe you will pull it out without a valid reason. Tell me what’s happening?”
