AZALEA
Three months later,
I had completely changed the course of my life. Living alone, new work, and out of worries over the insoluble problems of my marriage. Anything about my marriage I placed at the back of my mind--locked and sealed.
Looking around my new work environment, which was similar to where I used to work. Men in suits dominated the environment. Female lawyers like me were relatively lesser in numbers compared to male lawyers in the industry.
I started working here almost three months ago, and so far, I have come to like my new environment. I was assigned to handle medical-legal accounts with a senior position outright, given my credentials and a good recommendation from my past employer. I also have six junior lawyers under my command.
