I never thought Ethan could be this bold, direct and daring. I told him straight that whatever happens to my marriage, the possibility that I would be interested in another relationship immediately after ending my marriage would be a small --even threadlike. I learned my lesson the hard way. I wouldn't explore a rebound scenario again.
His friendship offer was alright, but he could start looking for someone else beyond friendship. I was as direct and honest to him as he was with me. I am still a married woman.
