I waved goodbye to a very elated Allison as she skipped along, only to have her run back to me for a hug.
“Thanks Ryder” she whispered as a sweet kiss landed on my cheek. “You too Liam” she winked as she once again began her way back to her temporal destination. I really wished I could take her back with me, but I knew the danger of running away with her. The Lycans would surely come to reclaim her, killing anyone that got in the way, including the frail elderly, the mothers and their children.
