Manik started to take even more care in those 9 months. He used to stay awake when Nandani used to vomit, or if she was unwell. He didn't allow her to do a single work. He used to take her to the doctor for a check-up.
* 9 MONTHS LATER*
One night Nandani got severe labor pains. Everyone took her to the City Hospital immediately. Nandani was shifted to the OT, where she was screaming and crying in pain, while outside Manik's eyes were wet with tears.
And then everyone heard the crying of the child. The doctor came and said, 'Congratulations its a girl". Nandani was shifted to the private ward. Manik rushed to see her. He took the baby carefully in his hands and he got a different feeling. He kissed Nandani on his forehead and told, " Thank you star, for giving me such big happiness". C
