"Amelia" I hear being called as I step out of the pack hospital and into the crisp, fresh air of the early morning.
Turning I see Henry jogging as I wait for him to reach me. "Thank you for your support in there Henry, it meant a lot" I say as we begin to walk back slowly.
"It was the right thing to do" he assures me. "I'm incredibly horrified by David right now, my parents would be ashamed."
"Your mum would be" I say pointing out the likeness of David and his father. "You know it's funny, all those years of hearing how your father treated you both growing up, I thought David could never do that to his pups, or to me.
