Nova POV:
"Thank you for this" Ophelia says quietly as I take a seat next to her.
"You have no need to thank me Luna, it's the right thing to do" I say with a smile.
"What are you going to do?" She asks me.
"Kia says all we need to do is hold your hands and we can both get into a calmer state, concentrate on your breathing a bit like with meditation and Kia will do the rest" I say to her comfortingly. "It's not going to hurt you."
With those words I see her posture visibly relax as I ease some of her worry. "Johnathon has assured me Kia would not have suggested this if she wasn't 100% certain. I never doubted her I just am wary when I don't understand something completely, but I can't understand everything can I" I chuckle slightly.
