CHAPTER III: EYES OF FIRE (2) About a thousand years pass and the empire of Argon is successfully enhanced, both Leyra and Argon grow old a bit, while they have 4 more children, in addition to Ceres and Amara. With the birth of Rita, being the youngest of all these, Leyra is made known that after her she would not have any more children. Rita, often called Rosa by her father, is raised alongside her sisters and brothers. Lucca (the son of Leyra and Argon remains as Golden Dragon and holds his empire together with his father in the kingdom of Argon) was the ultimate leader of the dragons. Hermet was the leader in combat and in the military realm. The Argon empire did not conquer outer kingdoms but based its growth on itself, making it the most powerful Kingdom on Kepler. Rita from an early age demonstrated excellent sword skills, it was almost natural. She unlike her sisters who dominated in bow (Amara) and rope or small swords (Ceres). Argon taught his daughters the art of combat with weapons and without them, and Leyra taught them to master the matter through their feelings, managing to manipulate and redirect a new concept of magic, the nature of Kepler surrendered to the great power of the Daughters of Leyra. Thus, Ceres, Amara, and Rita become the beings with the greatest potential for dominance, material control, magic, and combat. Each had different personalities, Ceres was the oldest of them so she had a character of leader and example, learned and trying to imitate the steps of her sister Erin hers. Amara was the calmest and most loving, she had a lot of empathy for people and animals and radiated a friendly and sociable aura. So we are left with Rita, who had a unique personality. She was almost the opposite of Amara, being reserved and indifferent to people. She very rebellious and she did not agree with the behavior of many people, but she was very intelligent. She had an ability to adapt and improvise better than her sisters, in addition to being the fastest in attack with the sword, she was a prodigy and a great promise for the military kingdom, with only 16 years.Despite having very different characteristics, the daughters of Leyra loved her mother, and therefore it was because of her and her father that maintained a balance in the overloads of power that these three had. On Rita's 17th birthday a great party was held, this number symbolized the beginning of maturity processes and destinies with life. Argon prepared a great party for Rita, which despite being indifferent is in the background she had liked the gesture, but she still seemed without grace. Everyone was happy and celebrating when at night, never-before-seen packs of wolves infiltrated the kingdom, attacking boys and girls and everything in their path. Near the Kingdom of Argon, there was a forest called The Forest of Springs, which was rumored to be full of strange creatures, but Leyra always went with Rita and Amara to the forest to show her how beautiful it was and how she could even interact with creatures. unknown to them. When a group of wolves enter the dinner and interrupt the celebration, they all run away, Rita disperses and they all run away from her, when she realizes she has three wolves behind her, causing her to run and escape. In the course of the run and the escape, Rita is cornered and she finds no other way out than to go out through a hidden door outside the empire, which led to the forest of the springs and she decided to escape there. When this happens Rita without thinking runs and moves further and further away from the kingdom, this being very dangerous since it was a forest with totally unknown areas, and that Argon called it extremely unsafe. When this happens, there comes a time when Rita must face the wolves in the course of the run, eliminating two of them, but one is free of her and she is totally injured. Already near dawn, and with Rita cornered, a glow comes out behind the bushes where Rita was cornered, burning the wolf's sight and causing the wolf to run away. It is then, when Rita turns and tries to pass through the bushes, already being early in the morning that she could light so much. Full of curiosity, she passes through these bushes and she realizes that she is in a kind of stone spiral, with strange patterns and symbols never seen before. In the middle of the stone spiral, was a rectangular stone, and in the middle of the stone, a sword embedded in it, with a transparent crystal in the middle that seemed to have a colorless essence moving within it. The closer Rita gets, the more she feels the energy of the sword which seems to emanate a sound of voices speaking in a language unknown to her, gradually intensifying as she gets closer. In this Rita touches the crystal, and when she touches it the stone emanates an aura of magical essence of fire, a circle that floods the entire nation. One day they were going to appear here, magically perhaps. All of these were thoughts of a ten-year-old girl, who kept her busy enough to unconsciously adjust to this new family, this new tribe. Nobody really bothered to ask me where she came from or what I was, (taking into account that she had reached her land on a space asteroid), for them, I was one more. And actually, it's the best thing that could happen to me. That allowed me to gradually leave behind what had happened, not to direct my attention so much to what had happened but rather to focus my energy on what was happening. And without realizing it, I was already integrating quite well. It was quite a curious thing that had me wrapped up in confusion. I asked the tribe what the name of this planet was, and they simply called me Mother, Mother Nature or Mother Earth. They seemed like just conditional references to me and not a proper noun itself. So I asked this stranger the same question. It seemed to me that this guy was somehow that kind of person who knows this kind of thing, in greater depth of course. However, he told me the same thing. He told me that the name had been assigned by a Goddess named Gaia. She was supposedly the Goddess of an ancient civilization, and she symbolized life, the vegetative, the earthly. It seemed pretty straightforward to me (considering that most planets inherently must have vegetative properties to contain life) but I actually came to the conclusion that this planet was simply called Planet Earth. And honestly, it was a relief to quench my curiosity but I honestly didn't think that was the name. I think Planeta Gea sounds better, but who am I to designate the names of my so loving and so beautiful new home. It is precisely love and beauty that springs from this, my dear Earth. The only thing we have as human beings is hope. Everything we do, everything we get involved in, includes pain and suffering. Suffering is necessary, to learn precisely not to suffer, but to feel pain intensely and transform it into fuel for you, and for your process. Your instincts will never betray you. Hopefulness, however, is the most imminent cause of pain. In fact, it is the main source of pain. So, sowing hope in our hearts is not meant for everyone. It is intended for the very few, those few who do not know how to give up. They don't know it exists after surrender, or so they think. Because once you give up, there is nothing for you afterwards. Everything in this life has its price, and sometimes very expensive lives come to us. But the higher the price, the higher the quality. The greater the suffering, the greater the reward. And the more intense the war, the sweeter your victory will be. Your mind will always believe everything you tell it, feed it with love. Feed it with faith. Feed her with hope.
