I'm lying in bed, tossing and turning until I see the sun come up. I can't wait to do as planned when I toss the cover off me and place my feet on the floor.
I quickly rise and walk over to the door leading into his room as silently as I can. I never heard him come back last night, and no one has entered his room when I wait and listen a little bit longer for footsteps in the hallway when I walk over to the closet and grab some clothes.
