I wasn't prepared for the sight in front of the car when it stopped at the parking lot behind the hospital. Several nurses are running around on the ground, obviously looking for something, and I instantly get a bad feeling about this.
"I'm at the parking lot behind the hospital." I mind link my mate and I feel his worry through the bond, I know something bad has happened.
"They can't find her!" He is quick to mind link back, and I instantly get a feeling I know who he is talking about.
"Kaylee?" I mind link him back when my stomach drops at his next words.
"Yes," he says when I open the door to the car and get out, it is one of the worst things that can happen.
"When did she disappear and what happened?" I'm quick to mind link him back when I see several nurses running
