Once I shook hands with my father, and feeling how our blood got mixed, I felt every inch of his power being soaked up by my body and by my wolf. Fang was sticking his nose high up in the air, and I couldn’t wait to shift and let him out, as Alpha for the first time ever. Once the official part of the ceremony was over, I made my way towards Lizzie as soon as I could. I had watched her the entire ceremony, and was, once again, starstruck by her beauty. She looked like an absolute angel, standing there in her nude dress and one hand resting on her chest, something I had noticed her doing every time she was feeling nervous.
