Of all places to hold an elegant function such as this, Kayla would not have expected to find a racetrack in Arlington to be among them. And yet, pulling the skirt of her gray chiffon dress with a slit set just above the knee and a sweetheart neckline and matching spaghetti straps, she had now stood as one of the main guests while photographers nearly blinded her with their trigger happy fingers.
