Renée's POV:
The girls are now a month old. Jax took me to the doctor's today since Ryker was at work for the girls' 1-month check-up. They both have put on some weight and the doctor is happy with their growth. Raquel is now 7 pounds even and Reyna is 6 pounds and 3 ounces. They are really good happy babies. I don't have to feed them quite as often now. They go about 3 hours in between feedings before they want more again so that is giving me plenty of time to take care of myself now and still cuddle with them.
I started exercising a little the past couple of weeks. I'm still uncomfortable in wearing anything tight and I haven't let Ryker see me since before the girls were born. I just can't bring myself yet to let him see me with nothing on. I gained so much
