Today is the day.
My foot bobbed up and down nervously as I sat at the edge of my bed, mentally preparing myself for the ceremony. We had spent the last two or so weeks making sure everything would be perfect for the ‘Coming of Age’ ceremony. Now here I am, on the very Friday that I dreaded a few months ago when I met Damien because I knew that this day was basically a stop watch… and true to my thoughts, Damien still isn’t mine in time for the ceremony. It kind of sucks not being able to become Alpha now but I think that in a way it’s for the best.
I’m still so excited despite the down side! I can feel my wolf pacing up and down inside me waiting for the ceremony to end so that we could feel the change of becoming an adult wolf. There is something about it…that powerfu
