(Four Years Later)
“Stephanie! You’re needed here.” I heard Marissa calling me.
“Just a minute!” I answered and put the cake in the fridge. I was proud of my work. Giving another glance at my work I shut the fridge door. I tightened the apron and went to Marissa.
“What? What happened?” I asked her.
“There is a new cake order arrived and they have specially requested for you to make it.” She said and I looked at my watch.
“But it is already late, I cannot accept this order. You know I leave early on Fridays.” I whined.
“I know but the customer has this three-year-old baby girl with him, it’s her birthday and the customer told me that the girl loves these bakery cakes. They need it to be delivered by midnight. I just couldn’t say no to them so please sister! Help
