STEPHANIE:
Mason and I were sitting at the dining table eating our dinner. He was telling me about his day and all the deals and projects he cracked. He was looking pretty enthusiastic and excited about his work. I could hear the passion for his work in his voice.
"I also have something to tell you," I told him as we were eating dessert.
"Yeah?" He said.
"Mrs Benson invited me to her house," I told him. He put his spoon back and looked at me.
"That's good. . . I mean she has always been so welcoming but this was fast." He said.
"Ella will be there also," I told him and he smiled.
"Perfect. The ladies get to spend time together." He said and took a bite of his dessert.
"But what about your exams? Have you done your preparation?" He asked.
