We are now seated at the dining table as Tandang Tiago prepares dinner for all of us. Adel is now helping herself with some of the herbs around the spell rack. She's making some potion for our trip to Capiz Central.
Tandang Tiago served a delicious tinolang manok, it's made of free-range chicken with ginger, green papaya, chili leaves, and other spices to make the soup delicious. He also served some steamed rice and arranged some condiments.
