“Somehow, I don’t think the headline Murder on the Stock Exchange is exactly great PR,” Aria rolled her eyes.
“But people will definitely remember your name.”
“Oh, ha-ha,” Aria leaned over, pecking a kiss on his lips. “Let’s try not to be so dramatic, shall we?”
Theo chuckled as she stepped out and headed into the DaLair plaza. He waited until she was safely in the lobby before pulling away. Every show of affection made him feel lighter. He worried that after the incident with Gigi he would never regain her trust, but that didn’t seem to be the case.
