“Wake up, girls!” Aria jolted awake, not sure how long she had been out. She spent most of the night listening to her fellow captives. So far, she heard at least five different languages spoken among them. There seemed to be a lot of gossip about who she was and why she was given special treatment. Some were suspicious, others worried. For her part, Aria remained silent. It would do no one any good if she appeared to favor the others.
