I tossed and turned all night that night. It was a pretty crappy sleep so I got up early and I got changed and I went to the gym on campus. I spent a couple of hours working out and when I got back to my dorm room Ethan was standing outside. “You were starting to scare the s**t out of me. You weren’t answering your phone.” He said. “I didn’t take it with me. I needed to clear my head.” I said unlocking my door. Ethan followed me inside and I closed the door behind him as I got a bottle of water out of the fridge. “Well, my Alpha called the number on the flier.” He said. “Why did he do that? I said that I didn’t want your pack involved in this.” I said. “He didn’t tell them who he was,” he said. “He said he saw the flier and thought he’d seen you in San Diego — not Los Angeles.
