Jax slowly rolled off of me but he stayed close. His body was pressed up against me as he pulled the covers over the both of us and he pulled me closer to him. He rested my head on his chest as he started drawing light circles around my back. Making me feel more relaxed than I was before. “I didn’t hurt you, did I?” Jax asked. “Of course not. You could never hurt me.” I said. “Sage. You know what I mean.” Jax said. I could feel the worry coming off of him, so I lifted my head off of his chest to look him in the face. “You didn’t hurt me. That was perfect.” I said, leaning forward and capturing his lips with mine.
