The mist didn't part for them as they walked forward. It was cold and wet, and seemed to press on Emma's eyes like cotton. She kept blinking like that would clear her vision, but it didn't help. “Bel, where are we?” She muttered. If she didn't have a tight grip on his hand, she wouldn't even know he was there. She could hear and see nothing. “Shhh.” Bel shushed her quietly, drawing her closer to himself. “I don't want them to hear us.” Emma felt a chill crawl up her spine, and every instinct in her mind started screaming THEM WHO? She grabbed Bel's arm with her other hand, suddenly very afraid, though she couldn't say why. Emma tried to relax and do as Bel had taught her on the human plane, letting her mind float free so she could at least use her Innate senses to find out what
