Phoebie was practically bouncing in her seat as Emma and Cern entered the house. Emma had left Luci with Lynne, extracting a promise from them both that they would call for Cern or herself if something were to go wrong. 'Calling' in this case, meant less of an actual phone call, and more of a mental reaching out.
