Azariah's POV:
I wasn't intending on biting Cameron but it feels like it has been so long since I had tasted her blood that the urge to bite her was just getting to be too strong. Add that to the fact all I could hear was her heart in my ears and the scent of her blood was causing my fangs to extend. Just her telling me that she was already figuring on me biting her caused me to just do it.
I felt her fall into my arms, telling me that she was out and wouldn't be waking up for a while. She's healing faster than ever before so it shouldn't take her too long to replenish her blood supply. I healed her wound with my tongue, breathing in deeply her scent one last time before I put my hand under her, picking her up bridal style.
