Sanam swallowed the food to stop herself from yelling at him to not to get fooled by thinking of her as Alina. She was a little considerate of his feelings after knowing his mental state but couldn't forget from what he was making her to go through.
She didn't know how to deal with him after knowing his reality. She started seeing him differently. It doesn't matter how Shabbir tried to convince her that he was ok now but deep down he also knew his behaviour was not normal.
Gulping the water in the last she sat still staring at nothing.
" Sanam look at me " Hamza didn't like how she thought that she could sit and avoid him all day. Sanam looked at him and Hamza smiled.
"Good, you forget to take your medicine " he pointed at the packet.
Sanam took it and gulped water again.
