Roxi returned to Kayla after watching that angry Alpha stalk out of site, sending another lone bullet down into the ground to keep him moving. She then turned back to help her sister out of her jumpsuit, threw it into the wash, led Kayla around to various stations which included the shower to calm her skin, wrapped her in a sheet instead of a towel due to the prickling Kayla would whine about chafing her relentlessly, then helped her climb the stairs to her room.
Kayla could barely keep up with Roxi’s movements, but honestly, that was always the case during this phase.
