He had exactly no right to growl at her.  He was in her shop, looking for her help, her services and there was exactly no reason for him to be rude to her at all.  A growl began in her own chest, ready to take him on. His eyes flashed an uncertainty she was thankful for but would not be showing the same resolve. Behind her, she can faintly hear Roxi gasp and Chyanne chide her for it.
