I smiled at the text Bryson sent me. I was just finishing up the egg wash and sprinkling a little sugar on the last of the cherry pies, before putting them in the oven. Earlier, I ran out and bought some boxes that could fit twenty-five mini pies in them. I ended up making three hundred pies. A hundred each of the flavors. I loved that this kitchen has two ovens and all the baking I could do in it.
