Megan and Cole are back to their usual lives. Since a year has passed before Megan wakes up, she wasn't able to do the graduation march. But since she finished college already, she doesn't have to worry she doesn't have to worry too much about it. She's more concerned about Lucifer now that he's living as Cole.
It seems that he's having a hard time doing things if other people are watching since he can't use his powers. He struggles with simple things and Megan just laughs about it. She's still thankful that they were able to be together. Although she worries sometimes what will happen if God already finds out about what they did.
