"Apheina, Apheina, Apheina, I swear I had on a good face for everyone, and I know for a fact no one could see through the fog but that guy." He sighs and tis, "Now that guy was a different story he was just to closed off, you two seemed to have gotten your problems worked out, I couldn't waste any more time, meaning I had to act fast and seeing I have spent a lot of energy breaking that connection with your guardian for a few minutes I do not plan on wasting a second trying to keep you two apart so we are going to be leaving now. Don't get me wrong I was trying my best to be nice but if you hadn't gotten back with that kid this would have been so much easier. I doubt you know what is going on but I'm on a very tight time schedule and..." I hear a tapping sound from the door, Mrs. Wlgert was at the door asking what was going on in my room I try to break free from his hold he had my arms behind me pining my body in his grasp, but I couldn't move, my body is feeling weaker. I shake fearing that my legs will give out at any moment. I want to run from the haunting stench it pierced my nose like needles my ears were being insulted with this weird humming noise I forced my body to yield to me but the most I could muster was a slight turn of my head to the door I moved ever so slowly afraid of the vomit that was rising in my throat. That little movement made my body scream with pain but the moment my eyes landed on the knocking sound all the pain ran through me from my head to my toes, but my nauseous feeling was gone.

"HElp me." I was able to start with a scream, but it ended in a small muffle as Gabriel wraps his hand over my mouth the normal warmth was more of a burning ice sensation. He stands in front of me and what I saw was like nothing I could ever imagine; I would never have dreamed such horror as I take in pure terror as the monster stared back at me the one man who I learned to trust over the past few weeks was gone the longer I look at him the more disformed he gets until he no longer looks like the man I've talked to and learned from, he didn't even look human, he was different, terrifying, his eyes bloodshot, his lips exposed sharp rows of teeth they were nails sharp to the point. If it wasn't for him holding me, I would have collapse onto the ground instead my knees buckle, and I sag against him but instantly moved back from the stench reaching my nose once more. A gasp was the only thing out of my lips with his large callous hand muffling it. Mrs. Wlgert tries to open the door but when it starts to crack open a fire blazed up between us. With one last effort I tug away but instead of walking away I fall even though every inch of my body screams to RUN!!!!! I feel a strong urge to start sobbing at the sight of him again as he takes hold of my arm stopping me from crashing onto the floor. His toothy grin widens at my reaction, panic rises in my chest making it even hard to breath, he taking a lock of my hair and let it slowly fall back out he was silent staring at me for what felt like eternity I wanted to turn to look away to get up and run but I couldn't my body was not my own my connection with Angelo demolished I was completely alone the sounds of Mrs. Wlgert shouting that she was getting help was the only thing keeping me from breaking completely.

"Are you scared?" He chuckles softly and it sent me shivering from fear, but I glared at him the best I could. "I would be too how about you stay quiet and nothing bad will happen okay?" Pure horror filled my lungs I couldn't form words as he laughs at his terrible joke so I just staring into his soulless eyes. His smile widens so far, I thought his face would split in two, exposing more of his sharp teeth. "Good now get up I don't have all day." He's voice came out cold and hauntingly deep. I tried to get up, but my body refused when I didn't move, he yanked me by the elbow forcing me to stand I wobble trying my best to stay upright without leaning on this monster next to me. His hand was hot like fire licking my skin I wince in pain, but it made no difference to him. I tried to reach Angelo knowing it was useless I couldn't feel him, he was completely out of my reach tears fell down my cheeks with a sizzle. My hand touches my face that too was hot that's when I notice I was burning my body felt like a match lite by the devil himself. I stood next to my former teacher as he waves his left hand and smoke surrounded us completely obscuring my view of everything the sounds of glass shattering as my vision goes black.

ANGELO!!!!!!!

I waited for a few seconds before turning to the dorms door the dorm lady had gone in a few minutes ago I look at my phone checking the time she has been up there for more than the ten minutes I start to get this sinking feeling like my body has gone cold there was something wrong. Maybe I'm just overthinking because of the council being here? No that's not it. Am I just paranoid? What do you think Bunny? I try to contact Apheina thru the bond, but it was like she dropped off the face of the earth. Even if the school were to have us block off from the world with no Internet access, no phones, nothing should stop me from reaching Bunny it's impossible the bond we have is strong with the type of connection we have we can reach each other easily. still, I felt a chill down my spine, I look around but saw nothing out of the ordinary, but I know something is wrong without thinking I burst through the front doors and start to run almost crashing into the dorm lady as she was practically flying down the stairs with her wind carrying her at high speeds I was able to dodge at the last minute she stops her face in a panic taking hold of my arm,

"Help Aphiena, she is being kidnapped!" My breath leaves my lungs,

"NO, BUNNY!" My brain stops working as I race to her room not caring about the trail of fire, I was leaving behind me as I use my flames to fling myself up the stairs, I do not hold any power back, in the background I hear the older lady say she is getting help, but I barely hear her I was already at the top of the stairs. By the time I get to her room I see her, and a tall figure hold her as they disappear in a cloud of grey smoke leaving a strong putrid smell behind.

"BUNNY!!!!!" I shout dissipating the fire at the entrance falling to my knees as I enter her room the smoke vanishing with the fire I put out.
