I wanted to be there when Eliane woke up, but with Kendrick’s claim, I knew I needed to get out of the school for a while. I made sure that Ajax was going to get her fed and over to the claiming ground. He’s the only one I trust right now around her, well, besides the dragons, but I know my friend. He would do anything to protect her for me.
There’s something off with him. I need to find out what it is, but it will have to wait until after I defeat Kendrick. Ajax is usually a positive person and he always pays attention, but he’d been distracted when I’d returned after talking to Doc Everett last night.
When it’s time, I fly into the stadium, not bothering to slow down as I land hard, making the ground shake underneath me. Then, I roar at Kendrick, expressing my anger at his claim.
