A knock came from the door and Denae looked towards it when it opened up, revealing Claudia. “I’m sorry for eavesdropping, but I have something to add to that. I’ve been keeping it a secret because Zaid asked me to…but after seeing him earlier, I can’t watch him suffer anymore.”
