My wolf Kali ran for what felt like hours, and with my wolf not being used to running for so long, we got tired very fast. Sure, I knew how to shift, and the relationship I had with my wolf was one I loved. But running around from one pack to another, simply wasn't a task fit for royalty. We had already made it past the borders of the royal grounds, but I still had a long way to go until I would reach the borders of the Yukan pack, of CJ’s pack. My wolf, Kali, swallowed, as she tried to catch her breath. And once we had our breathing back under control, we started to run again.
