I knocked at the door loudly for the umpth number of time but this guy didn't even care to peep through the window.
It was morning and I was going to be late for school but since Duke had been ignoring my phone calls, messages and even didn't care to open the door, I knew he was pissed about me not being able to make it to the movie nights even after I had promised. And how could I? By the time I reached my home, it was nearly quarter to ten and driving till Duke's meant another forty five minutes drive! It would have been a waste to drive here out so late to the edge of the suburban area and quite dangerous too if Duke would have been the same way as he was at the moment.
Sighing out loud, I sort of shouted, "I know you are in there, Duke! Now please open the damn door!"
