Everything was dark. Only one sound echoed around in the background.

It was okay at first but later it started to annoy.

"Just buzz off!" I exclaimed irritated as I turned to my side trying to sleep. Shuffling of feet pounded around me.
"Elizabeth?" A familiar voice boomed through the air. Wait, how did someone enter my room? I snapped my eyes open to find four pairs of eyes looking at me with anxiety.
Mike, Janet, doctor and a nurse had surrounded my bed. And the recent events came crashing into my head. I was supposed to be dead! But I wasn't.
Tears started brimming till the surface of my eyelashes.
"Why?..." I mumbled with resignation. A low sigh escaped my lips.
